Why "The Calm Toddy One?" you may ask, we were inspired by hot toddies! This classic winter beverage is made with honey, lemon juice, and whiskey. Here at Hoplark, we don't need booze to create a delicious beverage.
We teamed up with Local Hive and used their raw & unfiltered Colorado Honey and collaborated with them to create this beautiful label.
The floral notes from Local Hive’s Colorado honey and the chamomile play off of one another wonderfully, complemented with just enough lemon juice to balance out the sweetness of the honey and provide some delightful brightness and acidity.

Pure Yum
By far my favorite of all 8 or so I've tried. 25 cals only yet the honey is subtle and present through each sip. Lighter hops so as not not overwhelm and really let the honey flavor come through.
