Canning Line/Brewing Technician

We are seeking help in our Brewery! www.hoptea.com

This position will primarily be responsible for operating our canning line and supporting production in the brewery. This will include learning and understanding the mechanical operation of the canning line, being the lead technician during canning runs and making adjustments as required, learning and understanding the brewing process and leading brews of different batches, preventative maintenance on equipment and maintenance support in general and the appropriate setup and cleaning required for product quality and safety. Additional responsibilities will include but are likely to be but not limited to: preparing orders for shipment, helping in the taproom, delivering product to stores and various administrative tasks.

What we are looking for in a candidate: Previous manufacturing experience is a must, preferably in a brewing or food environment. Mechanical ability is preferable and training for mechanical aptitude or brewing is highly desired. The perfect candidate will either have a background in brewing or maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds is a must.

$18/hr plus benefits full-time position.

Taproom Server/Brewery Support

We are seeking help in our new taproom opening in early February. This is a non alcoholic taproom serving our dry hopped sparkling iced teas as well as guest products like kombucha and cold brew coffee. www.hoptea.com

This position will primarily be responsible for interacting with customers behind the bar at the taproom and opening and closing the taproom. Additional responsibilities will include helping out around the brewery. These tasks are likely to be but not limited to: cleaning brew tanks and prep equipment, helping with the brewing process, preparing orders for shipment, support on the canning line, and various administrative tasks.

What we are looking for in a candidate: Someone with direct customer retail experience is desired, the right candidate will be excited about our product and their opportunity to share it with new people as well as joining an team that is pushing the boundaries of the industry.

$12/hr + tips Part Time Position, 20 hours a week target.
